First take-order & show-n-sell orders are due – take order payments are due when order is placed. No order will be placed for your unit if you have not paid for the take order portion of your bill.

August 22nd

First popcorn distribution day

September 14th

Second take-order & show-n-sell orders are due –Payments are due when order is placed. No order will be placed for your unit if you have not paid your bill. If this is your 2nd show-n-sell order, you will need to pay for the first order before product will be ordered.

October 3rd

Second popcorn distribution day

October 26th

Final take-orders due – All payments are due by October 27th. No order will be placed for your unit if you have not paid your bill. All patch orders are due to Council.

November 14th

Final popcorn distribution day

   
  Returns will not be accepted due to Covid-19 safety guidelines.

 

Important Changes to the 2020 Sale

  1. Reduce the number of products available for show-n-sale and take-order and offer more items to online direct.
  2. Initial show-n-sale order will be limited to 50% of last year’s sale.
  3. Offering an opportunity for one additional order, units must use app so Trails End and Council can monitor the sale.
  4. Units pay for the product they have sold prior to getting more product or placing an order for take-order.
  5. Sale starts with Take-Order beginning July 1
  6. No product returns accepted due to Covid-19 safety guidelines.
  7. Straight Trails-End Commission. No extra 3% instead of prizes this year.

 

Popcorn Distribution

First Distribution:

Tips for Both Distribution Days

  • Arrive between 8:00AM and 10:30AM. It is important that you have enough vehicles to carry popcorn. When picking up the popcorn, you will need one full sized pick-up truck for every 60 cases of popcorn, one van for 50 cases, or one average car for 30 cases.
  • Check your order at the distribution site. Ensure that you have received all the product your unit ordered, and that you have no damaged product. You are responsible for the product that you pick up.
  • Secure a large indoor area to bring the popcorn to, such as your Chartered Partner’s meeting facility, local fire department, school or church. Lay out your order by product.
  • Assign adult volunteers times to come in and pick their orders or sort them out before they come.
  • Each product has a symbol associated with it. The symbols are carried through from the Take Order forms to the packing slips you received at distribution. Use the symbols for easy handling and sorting of the products.

 

Incentive Program

Combined Unit Sales of up to $7,500 = 33% commission
Combined Unit Sales of $7,501 to $12,499 = 36% commission
Combined Unit Sales of $12,500 to $19,999 = 37% commission
Combined Unit Sales of $20,000 or more = 38% commission
